A seven-year-old boy contracted a sexual disease following being raped by his father, who was arrested and sentenced to 27 years in prison.
H. Villamizar, 41, violated the minor’s body through a penetration, which was discovered when a medical team verified the victim’s condition.
The complaint was made on May 8, in the Guaicaipuro municipality of Miranda state.
The boy accused of suffering certain pains in his private parts, so the mother took him to the Doctor Victorino Santaella Ruiz Hospital. And, following several medical examinations, they found the signs of the violation.
Traces of a sexually transmitted disease were also found, something that led to the determination of the father’s guilt.
The Public Ministry reviewed the case and under investigation it was found that Villamizar was responsible for the crime.
After presenting the evidence, the police forces apprehended the man at his home, in the El Paso sector of the Mirandina town.
The Prosecutor’s Office 12 sentenced to 27 years, three months and 18 days.
Once the evidence presented by the prosecutors in the case had been evaluated, the Miranda 2nd Trial Court handed down the sentence once morest the aggressor.
The authorities ordered his detention in the Capital Rodeo III Judicial Confinement Center, located in Guatire
