The subject went to commercial establishments to ask for favors in exchange for guaranteeing their safety.
A citizen was captured in the Angostura del Orinoco municipality for usurping functions as an official of the Corps of Scientific, Penal and Criminal Investigations (Cicpc).
The subject was identified as ADHM, 31 years old, who carried a card alluding to the scientific police, with the hierarchy of detective attached.
According to the information published by Douglas Rico, director of the Cicpc, the man went to commercial establishments located in the Catedral parish, in Ciudad Bolívar and asked for favors in exchange for bringing security to the merchants.
The arrest was carried out by authorities attached to the Ciudad Bolívar Municipal Delegation, near where the subject operated.
The detainee was placed under the order of the Fourth Prosecutor’s Office of the entity’s Public Ministry.
