As usual, every day, at six in the morning, Amer went to work as a shift driver in a school in the village of Tahla Bardin in the Zagazig Center in Sharkia Governorate, but in mid-February the usual scenario changed, and he lost his life at the hands of his brother, due to differences and mutual accusations between them.
“Your daughter is north”… A sentence said by a child accusing a cousin’s daughter of misconduct, which caused the death of the girl’s father at the hands of his older brother, “the father of the child”, who slaughtered and stabbed them with a knife.
The victim, “Amer” (39 years old, driver); He suffers from sporadic fractures throughout his body as a result of a traffic accident, which caused his disability. The accused is his older brother “Mohammed” (44 years old – a worker in a company in the Tenth of Ramadan City).
On the first of last January, while the victim was returning from work, one of his neighbors stopped him and complained about his nephew for stealing a sum of money from her property, so he apologized to her and gave her the money.
Once the victim, his brother’s son, witnessed his violence and warned him not to repeat these actions again, but the latter did not comply with his uncle’s warnings and committed the same crime with another young man from his neighbors, which prompted his uncle to inform his father.
The child was angry at his uncle’s behavior and promised him revenge, and began writing offensive phrases on the walls in their village, accusing his cousin “the victim” of misbehavior, “your daughter North”.
In an attempt to calm the situation, the victim’s wife removed the phrases, without telling her husband what had happened.
The child was not satisfied with that, but he created a fake account on Facebook, through which he sent offensive phrases to his uncle, accusing his daughter of misbehavior, which prompted the victim to write a report against the person who accused his daughter in her honor. He discovered that his nephew was behind these accusations.
In mid-February, while the victim was going to his workplace “a school in the village”, his brother, his wife and the mother of his wife were waiting for him, and they beat him with a sharp object and a knife, which caused him to suffer injuries and separate fractures in the body.
After the accused’s wife was sure of the victim’s death, she stood on the balcony of the dwelling, calling out to the latter’s wife, repeating: “We killed him, and I cured my galli,” before escaping with her accused husband.
The residents informed the detectives of the Zagazig Police Station, and a security force was able to arrest him, and by confronting him, he confessed to committing the incident as indicated.
