The Egyptian artist, Mohamed El-Helou, suffered from a blockage in the arteries of the legs by 80%, and the doctors decided his urgent need for surgery, according to what his son Hamada El-Helou announced at dawn on Wednesday.
Al-Helou’s son called on the public to pray for his father to overcome his health crisis.
He asks for a prayer
To this, he wrote on his personal Facebook page: “My father, my brother, my friend, and every sweet thing in my life, the great artist Mohamed El-Helou needs the prayers of all his fans to overcome the serious health crisis he is going through, as the doctors decided that he needed an urgent surgery and the installation of stents, due to a blockage in his arteries. Legs rate above 80%, Lord, heal him, a cure that does not leave a disease.”
Excellence in singing series sequences
It is noteworthy that the artist, Mohamed El-Helou, has not presented any songs for years, and has also moved away from the dramas that distinguished him in presenting the most famous Egyptian series.
He sang the sequences of the series “Ah Ya Zaman”, “Layali Al Helmeya”, “Al Wasiyah”, “Zizinia”, “Helm Al Janoubi” and other famous works.
It is noteworthy that El-Helou was born on March 3, 1955, and obtained a BA from the Institute of Arab Music in the seventies, and began his artistic career by singing and presenting many traditional songs before presenting his own songs and making him one of the first-class stars in Egypt and the Arab world.
