A commission of the Criminal, Scientific, Criminal and Criminal Investigation Corps (Cicpc) clarified the homicide of a couple, whose bodies had been found buried near a farmin the Cariaprima sector, Carabobo state.
The 31-year-old alleged murderer committed the crime following having had an argument with a man of Austrian nationality, identified as 69-year-old Richard Emrich, whom he pushed once morest an iron table, which caused his death.
Moments later, the subject was surprised by the victim’s partner, Yamilet María Flores López, 39. So that she would not speak, the suspect proceeded to suffocate her. The woman screamed for help, but no one came.
Both bodies were burned using diesel oil as an accelerator and then buried on the property, using agricultural machinery such as a tractor, shovel and harrow.
Cicpc detectives, following several investigations, found the remains and began the investigation work until they clarified what happened. After her daughter filed a complaint, since she did not know anything regarding her mother.
A commission of the Coordination of Investigations of Crimes Against the People of Mariara carried out the capture work and presented the case before the Public Ministry.
