A prisoner escaped from unit 11 of Neuquén, there he was serving a 12-year sentence for car theft. This is Emanuel Sisterna, a 34-year-old young man, who took advantage of the guards’ carelessness during an activity and jumped over the wall. His accomplice was waiting for him outside on a motorcycle to facilitate the escape.
