In a statement in favor of the candidacy of Pavlos Geroulanos for the presidency of PASOK-Movement of Change, the MEP, Nikos Papandreou, who attended a gathering of his supporters in Dafni, said:
“I supported Pavlos Geroulanos. I said that he has the information we want for the next leader of PASOK. We want it to go well. Those who listen to me, support him. He is genuine, he is PASOK, he is green and with him we will become a serious official opposition and coalition”.
In his post with the MEP’s statement, Pavlos Geroulanos wanted to thank him once again for his support, writing:
“I thank Nikos Papandreou from the bottom of my heart once again for his support and warm words. We are all moving forward together with strength, faith and passion for a great Victory of Merits on October 6.”
