Fran Olivares represents one of the many people who had to leave their country due to the context of the political crisis in Venezuela. He chose to go to the United States, to Miami, and just like started as valet parking in a dealership today he is the founder of a successful company that is dedicated to event planning.
In 2010 he arrived in North America and his experience in the night world was what gave him input to think regarding the firm he runs today.
From valet parking to founding your company
in dialogue with PROFILEexplained that it was “the desire to improve myself in this country where I was arriving without friends, without a north, without many resources, but with an immense desire to improve and evolve, following a year working as a surveyor and valetI realized that my talent and my experience in nightlife would give me the tools to undertake here.”
This is how he founded MDT Promotions which is an innovative event planning company, both for Miami and Venezuela.

“The success of my company was undoubtedly due to my immense desire to work, my ethics, and that the people who surrounded me because of my personality loved me too much. I started hanging out with very successful people who didn’t hesitate for a second to throw their best parties in one of my clubs or always ask me for advice, to have their private parties,” she added.
When Fran lived in Venezuela, she was a regular at the nightlife and organized parties at the Area Club and also collaborated in events at clubs like UEST and BABAR. “From a very young age I was always very outgoing and a party lover, this combination was a lethal weapon for my success in nightlife, I started as a promoter and little by little I made many friends and connections,” he told this outlet.
But when he moved to Miami, everything changed, and he had to adapt to the new circumstances. He started working as a valet parking at a famous car dealership, and through those things in life he met people who brought him closer to nightlife.
Walk with renowned artists
At first he worked for a company, and following two years he was encouraged to take the plunge and go following his dreams and founded MDT Promotions. Such was the success that over time the company became part of I’m Miami Party.
Olivares revealed that he has already worked with different influencers and figures from all over the world: “Really with several influencers like Marko Music who was in my team, almost all the singers of the Venezuelan Reggaeton genre like Chinese and Nacho, Sixto rein, Gustavo Elis, Ronald Borjasother artists like Ñejo, Kevin Roldan, Lenny Tavares… I was really able to relate to many, many people and big businessmen from Miami nightlife like Roman Jones y Antonio Turbay”.
Miami and South Florida, always an opportunity for Argentine investors
The focus of Olivares and his firm is on doing everything possible to create great unforgettable experiences, incredible moments and make their clients’ dreams come true. The company works from the conception of the idea to its materialization. “No matter the type of event, from a birthday to a recital or a wedding, MDT Promotions will make sure it’s what the client dreamed it to be,” he promises.
But it is not his only horizon. Olivares has already diversified his time and money into other areas: He sells houses, is an investor in the real estate industry in the Florida area, and also runs a gambling site in Costa Rica. She has three stores on Amazon and is fully studying e-commerce and cryptocurrency.
“I have started several businesses in my life. Since I was 16 years old I have been workingand all this because since I was little I have always been hungry for success and I have wanted to be able to give my children everything they deserve. It is never too late to start another new project, I am a trader and I believe in the importance of diversifying the business”, she explained.
And he concluded with a message to all the people who have had to emigrate from their countries in search of a future: “Never stop dreaming, but above all never stop working for your dreams, since these without effort or without a plan are only imagination, this country is very grateful to the people who want it and put their heart and all their effort into meet your goals.”
