Former beauty queen and Bollywood star Sushmita Sen recently survived a heart attack. Sushmita Sen had revealed that she had a 95 percent block in her heart. The actor shares details with his fans through social media. Sushmita spoke regarding the importance of daily exercise.
‘You might think from my experience that there is nothing special regarding going to the gym. But not so. Going to the gym has done me good. It’s rare for normal people to survive such a massive heart attack. But I survived it. It’s because of my lifestyle.’– says Sushmita.
‘You should not stop exercising just because Sushmita had a heart attack. Regular exercise can restore your heart health. Tradition and lifestyle are part of it. Regular heart check-ups should also be done.’- says Mohita, a social media influencer and nutritionist.
