Elton John was hospitalized Sunday night after suffering a fall at his villa in Nice.
The music legend, 76, was taken to the orthopedic department at the Princess Grace Hospital Center in Monaco, where he was examined, according to the Daily Mail.
A representative for Elton confirmed to MailOnline He was discharged from the hospital on Monday morning and has now returned home “in good health”.
“We can confirm that after slipping yesterday at his home in the south of France, Elton visited the local hospital as a precaution,” they said in a statement.
“After the tests, he was immediately discharged from the hospital this morning and has now returned home and is doing well.”
