Al-Marsad newspaper: The Jeddah Criminal Court convicted a female citizen of filming a husband and his wife while they were in a famous restaurant and coffee shop in Jeddah, and punished her in the special right to 48 hours in prison.

The citizen had filed a lawsuit before the court, in which he accused a female citizen of photographing him and his wife without his permission, uttering him and his wife, and mocking them with offensive terms. According to Okaz.

The accused admitted that she photographed the complainant and his wife, and denied that she had verbally abused them or insulted them.

She justified what she had done of photographing the couple because there was a dispute between them on the road before they entered the restaurant, and he used to utter the phrase (Oh, cow).

And she admitted that the husband’s face was visible in the filming clip, and his wife’s face did not appear. Notice that the video has been deleted.

The court concluded that the woman was found guilty of what was attributed to her, and ruled in the right to reprimand her for a period of two days, taking a pledge not to repeat the filming incident in the future.
