HE BREAKED THE SILENCE: Kylian Mbappé finally spoke about the mockery and celebrations of Dibu Martínez

After converting the goal with which the PSG beat Strasbourg on the hour (2-1) in the resumption of Ligue 1, Kylian Mbappe appeared in mixed zone. And there, as might be expected, he received questions regarding the ridicule, provocations and celebrations of Dibu Martínez, goalkeeper of the Argentina National Team, following winning the World Cup in Qatar 2022.

Donatello downplayed the issue. The indifference was total. He doesn’t care regarding what his rivals do. After what happened in Qatar, the world champion is focused on PSG’s goals.

MBAPPÉ’S REACTION TO THE MOCKING OF DIBU MARTÍNEZ

«Martinez’s celebrations? They are not my problem. I don’t spend my energy on unimportant things. The most important thing is to give my best for my club.”

Kylian had no problem admitting that he will never get over what happened in the World Cup final. However, this continues and he wants to give himself to the maximum for the club. And he already began to demonstrate it.

«Personally, I will never digest (the defeat in the Qatar 2022 final). My club is not responsible for this failure in the selection, I try to return with the most positive energy possible. I tried to give my team a boost to come back with a win and continue our undefeated season. It was a World Cup parenthesis, the club has nothing to do with it.

Manor, class and maturity.

Not many would have held back in the face of so many provocations, huh. And less following having scored 4 goals (including the penalty of the decisive shootout). But, well, Mbappé did not want to generate more noise. There have been so many novels in previous seasons, that the best thing for him and PSG is to focus on the game.

The next big goal? Win the UEFA Champions League.

Undefeated Data. Kylian Mbappé is the current leading scorer (13) in Ligue 1 in France. He wants his fifth scoring title in his country’s championship.

Did you know…? Kylian Mbappé was involved in 10 scores (8 goals and 2 assists) in the 2022 World Cup in Qatar. It was tremendous that even that was not enough to guide France to the consecutive two-time championship. Not all of his teammates were up to the task.
