He asked him to stop making annoying noises and received a strong blow to the head with a whip.

A woman was brutally beaten on the head with a whip by a man who was organizing soccer games during the early hours of the morning in a residential neighborhood of General Conesa. She, along with her partner, asked the owner of a nearby soccer field to stop the annoying noises. The response was violent from the man who pulled out a whip and brutally injured the woman.

Marisa Holzmann filed a criminal complaint and also for gender violence at the Women’s Police Station, following she ended up with a deep head injury. She had to be treated at the hospital where she received four stitches at the level of the parietal lobe, while her partner also received blows to the shoulders and ribs.

This outcome occurs following “we repeatedly called the police station to stop the annoying noises, without giving too much importance to our request.” The 5-a-side soccer field is adjacent to the home of the woman who was brutally beaten and the couple was already tired of the games at dawn.

To stop the annoying noises, they tried to talk to the owner of the court but the response was not what they expected.

According to the criminal complaint, the woman recounted that at dawn “we called Garciarena to cut off the duty of the field that is next to us” and that when “he got out of his vehicle with a hidden whip” and “cornered him my husband Daniel Vázquez on the wall of my house to hit with a whip».

Marisa Holzmann put herself in the middle of both men to stop the attacks and “that’s where she hits me and injures my head.” The complaint also details that when her husband manages to get her whip, the owner of the 5-a-side soccer field “looked for a knife and wanted to enter my house threatening with the knife in hand.”

The 5-a-side soccer field is next to the home of the attacked couple.

This entire sequence was recorded by the victim and also by the residents of Calle 14 de Octubre at 600.

The woman also recounted that she had to leave the city for a few days for fear of reprisals and to maintain the safety of her family. She maintained that the Police took the complaint in a bad way and that »since« they were not able to send police personnel to the door of my house for a few days ».
