After bringing together two ex-disappeared from Lost (Terry O’Quinn is going to visit Daniel Dae Kim!), the producers of the series Hawaii 5-0 organize those of two ex-Heroes! Masi Oka, promoted regular for season 2, will indeed find Greg Grunberg during an episode scheduled for November. The ex-telepath will play a customs and border agent on the island responsible for monitoring all matters related to internal threats and trafficking. His career has seen him work in the past with Lori Weston (played by Lauren German), the Homeland Security agent who is expected to come in regularly in the new season. The character of Grunberg will cross paths with the team of McGarrett (Alex O’Loughlin) on the occasion of an investigation into the murder of a customs officer… Peter Lenkov, executive producer of the series, warned: “Of course, we intend to use the humor and unique personality of Greg for his character, and set up a scene with Masi in order to please the fans of Heroes.”
Season 2 of Hawaii 5-0 begins on September 19 in the United States on the CBS channel.
