Having to pay to return a package, can it change the way you buy?

No more quiet fittings at home. Recently, some brands of ready to wearlike Zara and H&M, have made paying the return of packages purchased online. At the Spanish giant, for example, since the end of April, any return of an article ordered on the Internet costs 1.95 euros (the sum is deducted from the refund). In particular, the rise in the price of deliveries, and therefore an additional load for the platforms. The return in store, on the other hand, remains free, as before.

If this commercial practice is not yet widespread, nothing says that it will not, in the long term, win many brands. And change the game in the way you do shopping ?
