If you already wanted to play Starfield, the 40-minute event that we saw after the Xbox Games Showcase of the Summer Game Fest 2023 made the 79 days left until its release seem like the very eternity. He also points out that there are many options for personalize the experiencethat combat is fun thanks to the effects of gravity (among other things), that fighting with an ax is a lot of fun, that it feels like a mix of No Man’s Sky, Fallout y Skyrim; and that the main city feels like a mix between Oblivion y Mass Effect. It has many NPCs and confirms that there will be a subway.
Finally, he points out that Starfield It feels really deep and that both the missions and the locations have been made with care and by hand. This means that Bethesda would not have repeated the mistakes of making missions too repetitive.
Starfield launches on September 6, 2023 for Xbox Series X/S and PC, despite calls for it to come out on PS5, and everything points to it being an incredibly large, polished experience that we’ll be playing for years to come. Now it only remains to wait to see to what extent all this is true.
