“Day by Day” mourned the death of Diego Rubiano, a producer on Canal Caracol since 2018.
The Día a Día Caracol team began the program with a farewell to their co-worker Diego Rubiano, who worked as a producer for Caracol Televisión in the channel’s morning show.
It was learned that Rubiano died in a traffic accident, while riding his bicycle, on the morning of this Tuesday, April 12.

Carolina Cruz, Catalina Gómez, Iván Lalinde, Carolina Soto and Carlos Calero fired their co-worker, whom they remember as an excellent person and father.
Iván Lalinde dedicated a heartfelt message of condolence for his departure. “He said goodbye one ordinary day, he told us ‘see you tomorrow’, and the next day he didn’t show up. It was five years working with him, a judicious, respectful and very responsible guy. In addition, he had a very good energy, that’s why many wonder why he goes like this and it’s because that’s life, death is the only sure thing we have, “said the presenter.
Carolina Cruz and Carolina Soto might not avoid their sadness and with broken voices they sent him messages of strength for his family and son.
Catalina Gómez, who might not be present on the program, expressed through Instagram the pain of losing a partner who “always made our mornings happier.”
