There are currently around 80 Filipino nursing staff working in Upper Austria’s old people’s and nursing homes, and this year there are expected to be more than 100. “I am confident that we can do it,” said Social Affairs Councilor Wolfgang Hattmannsdorfer (VP) on Monday following his trip to Manila with a delegation from the Ministry of Economic Affairs.
