The family of a young Prince of Al-Baha and the Minister of Health appealed to the Minister of Health to investigate the causes of his death at King Fahd Hospital in Al-Baha, following what they described as a “wrong diagnosis of the appendix,” noting that a wrong operation from Prince Mashari Hospital also caused him to have a stroke. He was admitted to intensive care with her, so he was two days late. To refer him to King Fahd Hospital, where it became clear that the appendix was safe, and he only suffered from a small “stone” in the bladder or ureter, so he stayed 20 days in King Fahd Hospital, and the referral request to King Abdullah City was a non-emergency case, which they considered another mistake, while she confirmed Al-Baha Health Ministry stated that what was stated in the referral classification was incorrect, indicating that the Director General of Health Affairs in the region directed the investigation and raising the results.
