It looks like Hasbro is in favor of acquiring Microsoft’s Activision Blizzard King for $68.7 billion. The toy company has made it clear that now that the deal is seemingly close to being done, it hopes this means old Activision-published Transformers games might end up on Game Pass and get new life.
Speaking to Transformers World regarding Activision games TransformersHasbro said: “Unfortunately, apparently Activision is not sure what hard drives they are on in their building. When a business eats a business that eats a business, things get lost, and it’s very frustrating. The hope is that now that the deal is moving forward with Microsoft and Xbox, they’ll scour all of the archives and all of the hard drives to find everything, as it’s an easy addition to Game Pass. We want those games back so people have a chance to play. »
With a brand new Transformers game Currently in development at UK studio Splash Damage, would you like to see these old titles come to Game Pass and be accessible once more.
