Law Minister Prime Minister Nazir Tarar says that the issue of ban on PTI is only a proposal. A decision will be taken only following consulting the political allies and looking at the legal aspects. Now this is just a thought, it cannot be called a declaration or a logical decision.
Speaking in the news program “Spotlight” today, the Law Minister said that the issue of banning PTI is subject to political consultation, the legal aspects of this proposal will be looked at, following which discussions will also be held with the allied parties. It was just a thought, now this proposal cannot be called a logical decision.
He further said that what the information minister said will be following the clearance from the party. Ishaq Dar also said that a decision should be taken only following consultation. I was consulted on this issue last year, without taking the matter into confidence with the allies. It will not be sent to the cabinet.
