workers of Health They decided to harden the protest with an indeterminate strike and surprise roadblocks throughout the province. The measure of strength includes 30 hospitalsincluding Cipolletti.
This Friday they issued a harsh letter addressed to the governor Arabela Carreras following minimizing the claim they are making for a salary recomposition.
“You cannot say that only three hospitals did not accept the salary proposal. The governor dropped a zero. We were 30, and that is why we answered her in a letter,” said Cecilia Chavero, one of the mobilized workers from Asspur Río Negro.
In Cipolletti, they moved to the highway bridge with a partial and intermittent cut that affected one of the roads. But there were protests in several other towns in the province.
In total, the public health centers of Cinco Saltos, Campo Grande, Catriel, General Roca, Villa Regina, Cervantes, Darwin, Bariloche, El Bolsón, San Antonio Oeste, Las Grutas, Sierra Grande, Choele Choel, Chimpay participated in the protests. , Lamarque, Luis Beltrán, Pomona, Belisle, Viedma, Jacobacci, Valcheta, Conesa, Cona Niyeu, Pilcaniyeu, Sierra Colorada, Los Berros and El Cuy, among others.

For this reason, the governor’s words lit the flame much more. Tempers are heated and unrest is growing. “Are you advised or your concepts are born from your self-taught vision of reality. Let’s clarify: there was no government proposal. Therefore, there is nothing to accept. There was a disposition, a decision, an imposition,” they maintained.
In that sense, they recalled that all the hospitals in the province rejected the government’s salary proposal in the multiple assemblies they held. That is why they went out on the road and demanded to be summoned.
“The normality that you see in health care clearly expresses how little you care regarding the health of the people of Rio Negro. If the waiting rooms are empty, the lack of specialty care and the health personnel cutting routes at 12 points of the province is normal, as you express it, then the quality of health to which you aspire for all the citizens of Río Negro is sad and unfortunate”, they expressed.
They considered that the governor insists with her “superb attitude” not to change the scenario, “Can three rebel hospitals cut 12 points of the province simultaneously?”, they asked.
Finally, they recalled that the continuity or not of the conflict, which further aggravates the situation in hospitals and public care, depends on the governor. “We suggest stopping sowing winds because the result is really painful. The recent tragedy in Bariloche might well be a storm of winds sowed earlier,” they concluded.
It is worth remembering that the government decided on a salary increase of 32 percent in four installments.
