The Chairman and CEO of the BGFIBank Group, Henri-Claude Oyima, presided over the solemn ceremony of awarding of certificates to 41 of its employees and executives of the Group, expected to join the Management Committee of the first financial institution in Central Africa. This ceremony, which took place in the presence of the leaders of the 21 entities of the BGFIBank Group, follows the session of dissertation defenses by the applicants on Friday. For the latter, this certificate is the culmination of an 18-month certification training program, organized in several sessions simultaneously in Libreville and Kintélé, north of Brazzaville by HEC (Hautes études commerciales) in Paris.
This certified training course entitled “CODIR BGFIBank Executive Certificate”allowed participants to take a step back from their daily managerial responsibilities in terms of leadership and good governance, thus preparing them to actively contribute to the Group’s vision and overall strategy, within the framework of the corporate project “DYNAMIC 2025”.
This ambitious plan aims to structure the BGFIBank Group’s development strategy around 5 main pillars: good governance, development of human capital, resource management, risk control and Group development.
