In this regard, a recent study warned against smoking electronic cigarettes, noting that it poses a great danger to the health of the gums, as it exposes them to an annoying disease.
The study concluded that e-cigarette smokers are 27% more likely to have bleeding gums, according to Health.

The researchers found that the reason for the prevalence of bleeding gums among e-cigarette smokers is due to the presence of a sticky layer in their mouths that contains bacteria that infect periodontal tissues with inflammation.
The research team also noted that the risk of bleeding gums remains, even if the vaping smoker brushes his teeth with daily brushing, toothpaste, and medical floss.
