“The first four games, he wasn’t your usual Stephen Curry. He was 5/20 from 3-point range, averaging seven points. The last two games, he had 17 three-pointers and 60 points,” says former NBA and Team USA player Chris Mullin. “I say that because I have a friend who was at training. The last two games, the shootaround was optional. The players didn’t have to go.”
