Activists re-circulated a video clip of him from an old television interview he conducted on an Egyptian satellite channel, where he was hosted by the journalist Sharif Amer, accompanied by the media, Lubna Assal.

Jean-Claude Van Dam participated with Ramez Jalal in presenting the “Ramez Movie Star” program, as he appeared with his true personality at the beginning of each episode to delude the guest, the victim of the prank, that he would share with him the filming of an advertisement that revolves in an atmosphere of movement, but then he disappears and is replaced by Ramez Jalal, disguised as his personality, following wearing a mask that hides his features, sits behind the victim of the prank inside a private car in which violent chase scenes were filmed.
