– Perhaps being an artist is a privilege, music and guitar have helped shape my worldview and life values, which I always have to cultivate, practice and maintain every day. It has become a way of life.
Traveling abroad, working together, interacting with many artists, has helped me broaden my horizons in music. The only thing that pressures me is that my performances have to be creative, new and make their own mark on the audience, not something that is too familiar.
Having collaborated in many musical projects, how will each artist bring you experience or inspiration?
– Each show with the band and singer always brings different emotions. For example, with Dam Vinh Hung, he is always vibrant, Le Quyen is gentle, tender, … it is important for me to understand the meaning of the song, the mix and the personality of each singer.
When I get to collaborate with other artists, I feel like they are fueled by their passion, even though the practice schedule is very busy and stressful.
Happy to see the auditorium full of people on the night of the show. They also help me understand that an artist not only wants to perform, but also wants to bring his music and his passion to a large audience.
Many artists when stepping on stage with singers always want to express their ego, how about you?
– In the art of playing the instrument, in addition to the violin solo, the accompaniment of the singer requires the highest skill of the player. When a singer has to play the main role on the stage in a performance, the player must control his skills, sound and emotions to suit the work, so that it is in harmony with the singer. , so that the whole work is played up effectively and perfectly is the most difficult.

Violin is inherently a picky genre, especially for young people. In your opinion, is that true for the current music market?
– With the desire to eliminate the prejudice that the violin is only suitable for classical music, I have actively participated in performing at art shows to introduce the sound of the violin to the audience.
Having brought the violin to the rap stage, performing violin on EDM, Hiphop… that made me like a pioneer artist in Vietnam, blowing a new, modern and youthful breeze into an ancient instrument. dictionary like violin.

Besides satisfying your passion, what has art brought you?
– Undeniably, thanks to many shows, my economic life is much better, I live very well by my profession. At the moment, maybe compared to other people is nothing but me and my family feel very comfortable.
