On the 26th, the women’s 100-meter race in the track and field competition began. Wen Xiaoyan, Shi Yiting, Zhou Xia, Jiang Fenfen and other famous female sprinters from the Chinese track and field team from our province appeared on the stage, frequently performing “famous scenes” of winning the championship.

In the women’s 100m T35 final, Zhou Xia broke the Asian Para Games record in 13.86 seconds and won the gold medal, while another Chinese athlete Guo Qianqian won the silver medal.

In the women’s 100m T37 final, Wen Xiaoyan and Jiang Fenfen competed. Wen Xiaoyan set a new world record in 12.59 seconds and won the championship. Jiang Fenfen won the silver medal in 13.29 seconds.

Subsequently, Shi Yiting won the championship in the women’s T36 100m final in 14.56 seconds.

Wei Enlong won the silver medal in the men’s shot put F46 competition with a height of 14.93 meters.

On the shooting range, in the (P3) SH1 mixed group 25-meter pistol final held this followingnoon, Huang Xing added another gold medal for our province, which was also the second gold medal he won. On the field, Huang Xing performed brilliantly, defeating his opponents and scoring 27 points, breaking the Asian Para Games record. The shooting athletes from our province also completed all the participating events and ended with excellent results of 3 gold medals and 1 bronze medal.

On the followingnoon of the 26th, there was another good news regarding swimming. In the men’s S6 400-meter freestyle competition, Tang Qian broke the Asian record and won the gold medal with a time of 5 minutes, 08 seconds and 21 seconds. So far, he has won 2 gold medals for our province in the swimming pool.
