On April 20th, Austria’s most renowned retail congress will focus on the latest retail trends, regionality & climate protection, new work & staff shortages, AI in retail & location strategies.
Vienna (OTS) – On April 20, 2023 it will be that time once more. For the 33rd time, the top representatives of Austrian retail met at the most traditional retail congress in the country, this year once more in Schönbrunn Palace / Apothekertrakt. The program includes the urgent issues and challenges of our time, from sustainability, climate protection and regionality to staff shortages, new work, combating vacancies and revitalizing town centers as well as efficient location strategies and the new possible uses of artificial intelligence (AI) in retail.
Trade summit with 500 decision-makers and international keynotes
After the opening by trade association president Stephan Mayer-HeinischTrade Association Executive Director Rainer Will and Alexandra Gruber (Wiener Tafel) becomes the behavioral scientist and evolutionary biologist Gregor Fauma talk regarding the relationship between human and artificial intelligence. Four innovative use cases from show how AI and machines can alleviate the labor shortage Ines Conzen (Relex), Philip Mueller (Signatrix), Sabine Walch (danube.ai) and Eric Weisz (Circly).
