Vienna – The traditional handball team SG Westwien surprisingly announced on Wednesday evening that they would be withdrawing from the domestic men’s league for the coming season. Konrad Wilczynski, manager of the current second in the table, confirmed the end to the APA and brought up economic reasons for the meeting. The five-time champion (most recently in 1993) and fourth in the 1994 Champions League wants to continue his youth work.
