He continued, “A public official who receives his salary from taxes cannot do that. The Democratic Party and Rep. Woong-rae Noh said that they did not receive money at all, but if that is the case, shouldn’t they claim that it is not the fact of being accused but the fact of being false?”
Regarding the claim that the list of specific charges against Rep. Roh had an effect on the rejection of the motion for arrest, Minister Han said, “I was offended because of me, so I deliberately made the wrong decision even though I knew it wasn’t right.” I asked.

As a result of an anonymous vote at the plenary session on the 28th, the motion for the arrest of Congressman Roh was rejected with 101 in favor, 161 against, and 9 abstentions out of 271 present. It is estimated that 169 seats of the Democratic Party voted against it en masse.
Rep. Roh is accused of receiving a total of 60 million won (bribery, brokerage bribery, violation of the Political Fund Act) from businessman Park Mo’s side in the name of election expenses for the 21st National Assembly from February to December 2020.
