Regarding the civil suit filed by Justice Minister candidate Han Dong-hoon on the 7th once morest Yoo Si-min, former chairman of the Roh Moo-hyung Foundation, he said, “I have no intention of withdrawing because if I compromise roughly, this will repeat itself once morest other powerless people.”

He was brought to trial in May of last year. A candidate who was in charge of the Anti-Corruption and Violence Department of the Supreme Prosecutor’s Office at the time Yoo mentioned that he also filed a civil suit in relation to his remarks.
Former Chairman Yoo posted an apology on the website of the Roh Moo-hyung Foundation in January last year, but denied the allegation of defamation during the trial. Prosecutors demanded a year in prison for him at a decision hearing held last month.
