This came during the visit of His Highness the Crown Prince of Dubai today (Wednesday), accompanied by His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, President of the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority and Supreme Chairman of the Emirates Airline Group, and His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Dubai Security Council The border crossings, to the exhibitions of unmanned systems “UMEX” and “Simulation and Training SimTex 2022”, which conclude today following three days of intensive activities hosted by the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Center “ADNEC” and organized by the Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Company in cooperation with the Ministry of Defense; His Highness was received upon his arrival at the venue of the event by Mohammed bin Ahmed Al Bawardi, Minister of State for Defense Affairs.

During the visit, His Highness the Crown Prince of Dubai listened to an explanation of the development witnessed by the exhibition over the past four sessions, where 134 companies from 26 countries participated in the fifth session, including seven countries participating for the first time, with an increase in the exhibition space by regarding 25%, which reflects the success of the event. Attracting international companies specialized in the fields of unmanned systems and simulation, training and artificial intelligence, in addition to robots and systems with multiple uses in the defense and civil sectors.

During the visit, His Highness stopped at the platforms of a number of national and international companies participating in the event, which is among the most important in the world in the field of unmanned and simulated systems, where he was briefed on the latest solutions and advanced security and defense technologies, including simulators used in training. , surveillance and protection equipment equipped with artificial intelligence technologies, as well as robots and systems with multiple uses in the defense and civil sectors.
