The ceasefire between Israel and Palestine endures, despite the events of the last few hours that have put the fragile truce in danger. In the first significant incident since its inception last Friday, both Israel and Hamas have leveled mutual accusations of a serious violation.
The Israeli military reported that three explosive devices detonated near its troops in two locations north of Gaza, while in one of them, militants opened fire on troops, who responded accordingly.
