HALLOSONNE, a 100% subsidiary of VERBUND, is further deepening its collaboration with Solavolta and VERBUND Energy4Customers (VEC). As part of this cooperation, competencies are pooled in order to better serve the ever-growing demand for sustainable energy solutions and to meet the growing requirements of the solar market.

Bundled expertise for tailor-made customer solutions

From November 1st, 2024, HALLOSONNE will coordinate installations exclusively via Solavolta. Solavolta, an experienced partner in the field of photovoltaics, brings extensive expertise and decades of experience to the partnership between the sister companies. This close collaboration maximizes the synergy effects in advice, planning and installation, thereby guaranteeing customers a comprehensive service. HALLOSONNE remains active as the central contact and scores with high agility and excellent consulting expertise in order to respond flexibly to individual needs and offer tailor-made solutions.

More innovation and sustainable growth

The partnership not only helps to increase customer satisfaction, but also to further promote the growth and innovative strength of the companies involved. The close partnership between HALLOSONNE, Solavolta and VEC stands for efficiency, quality and innovation in the field of renewable energies. By focusing on shared strengths, innovative solutions can be provided even faster and more effectively in the future. This makes a significant contribution to achieving Austria’s climate goals and supports the energy transition.

“We are convinced that the expanded collaboration with HALLOSONNE and Solavolta will allow us to specifically improve our offering and serve the needs of our customers even better,” explains Marco Vitula, Managing Director of VERBUND Energy4Customers. “Bundling our strengths enables us to offer innovative and holistic energy solutions at the highest level. Solavolta has outstanding installation capabilities and by working with VEC we now have the opportunity to make our offering more comprehensive and of higher quality.”

Innovative tariff systems and intelligent home energy management solutions

As part of the cooperation, new tariff systems and home energy management solutions (HEMS) are also being developed. These systems enable households to use energy more intelligently and cost-effectively. “By expanding the product portfolio and introducing home energy management systems, we offer our customers the opportunity to optimize energy use according to their needs and adapt it to fluctuating market prices,” says Daniel Janisch, who is responsible for the overall offering HELLO SUN. The close cooperation with VEC and Solavolta lays the foundation for a future-oriented energy supply that is not only based on photovoltaic systems, but on a holistic approach.

Merging the product ecosystem of VERBUND and HALLOSONNE

Another central aspect of the cooperation is the planned integration of the comprehensive product ecosystem of VERBUND and HALLOSONNE. By combining the portfolio, customers will have access to a complete range of energy solutions, which, in addition to PV systems, also includes innovative control systems for e-mobility, battery storage and heat pumps. Marco Vitula adds: “With this integration, we are creating a well-thought-out energy offering that intelligently controls all energy flows in the household and compares them with the market. Customers receive a complete, sustainable solution for their individual energy needs.”

Future-open collaboration and flexibility

Even if HALLOSONNE will increasingly cooperate with Solavolta regarding the implementation of installations in the future, the door will also remain open for future projects with other installation partners. “We greatly value the collaboration with our previous partners and will continue to rely on them in the future, in coordination with Solavolta, if relevant requirements arise. Our goal in this phase is to pool the best possible resources and advance the energy transition,” concludes Marco Vitula. This strategic partnership is part of a long-term plan that is intended to sustainably transform the Austrian solar market and pave the way to a green future.
