Half-price fuel thanks to the super band: the traffic dismantled

Zapping car news Nissan Primastar Seaside: the fitted van designed with Dethleffs on video

When the Créteil anti-crime brigade passed this gas station following midnight, they did not expect to find many people. And yet, the queue was long at the pump.

Surprising for a Monday evening… The police therefore decided to take a closer look at it and ended up dismantling “the super gang”.

A clandestine organization of 4 men using a professional petrol card in order to be able to resell fuel to individuals at half price. With this little merry-go-round, the four friends used rising fuel prices to attract customers – via a Snapchat message indicating the location and time – and grow their business.

The first greeted customers and told them where to queue at the pump. The second, owner of the famous petrol card, filled the tanks. The third cashed the tickets and finally, the last took care of supervising all this staging.

And it’s a case that worked rather well since the police found 7,000 euros in cash on the criminals.

The Robin Hoods of Gasoline?

Even if it is totally illegal to engage in such practices, this scheme still had advantages for motorists who will certainly regret the dismantling of the super band (for the name can do better…)
