Books – Mohamed Gomaa:
Actress Hala Sedky expressed her wish that the series “Faten Amal Harbi” would cause legislative changes in favor of women, because this is the message of art.
Sedky said, during a telephone interview with the “Ninth” program broadcast on Egyptian television, on Saturday evening, that there is a battalion in a battle that is working to improve the status of women and obtain their rights, and art is a tool for changing society.
Sedky added, “There is a shortage of production, but I got everything from art, and my duty is to do something that benefits society.”
And she continued: “We have important senior writers sitting at home who form the awareness of society with their books, and if there are wonderful young people who write, but their vision stops at the limit of their experience, and few of them have great experience.”
