It was on Wednesday that husband and wife Justin Bieber, 29, and Hailey Bieber, 27, were snapped heading to a church service in Los Angeles just days after Hailey’s father, Stephen Baldwin, 57, shared a post on Instagram which fueled rumors of an imminent separation.
Asked Christians to pray for Hailey and Justin
The post — which Baldwin shared on his Instagram story on Feb. 26 — included a clip of Justin playing guitar and singing along to the song “I Could Sing of Your Love Forever” by Delirious? and Hillsong Worship. It had originally been published by Victor Marx, the founder of the All Things Possible Ministries denomination, and contained the text:
“Christians, when you think of Justin & Hailey, please take a moment to say a little prayer that they may receive wisdom, protection and draw close to the Lord.”
Marx allowed:
“There are special challenges that people in high positions face and the enemy does not want them to approach Jesus either. So often, regardless of the material things or accolades, they often face spiritual warfare that is intense and tries to destroy their faith, marriage and life in general.”
Hailey and Justin were married for the first time at City Hall in New York in 2018 and held a big wedding party the year after.
