Although it is in the period of land rent exemption and reduction, the land rental unit price of Dai An Industrial Park expanded applies to the leased area after January 1, 2006 (handing over the field in November 2009). approved in Decision 1496 dated June 19, 2014 of the People’s Committee of Hai Duong province, but so far has not been adjusted by the Director of Hai Duong Tax Department according to the provisions of Clause 1, Article 14, Decree 46 dated May 15. 2014 by the Government.
The Government Inspector said that in order for the above limitations and shortcomings to occur, the responsibility of the Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee is in charge of the field for the period 2016-2020 and the relevant period; Director, Deputy Director of Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Department of Construction, Department of Finance in charge of the field; Head, Deputy Head of Management Board of Industrial Parks in charge of the field; Director, Deputy Director of Tax Department in charge of the field for the period 2016-2020 and related periods, the Investor and relevant organizations and individuals.
The Government Inspectorate proposed to inspect and review the detailed planning on construction of the expanded Dai An Industrial Park to ensure the area, land use criteria and type of land; eliminate medical land in the industrial park land structure, specify the area of land to pay rent in the expanded Dai An Industrial Park. Adjust the land rental unit price according to the provisions of law as a basis for determining the amount of land rent payable to the state budget when the land rent exemption or reduction period expires. Direct the competent authorities to adjust the Investment Registration Certificate to ensure full information on investment incentives, project implementation progress and other contents in accordance with regulations.
