Initial information, around 9 pm on January 21, Mr. Le Ngoc D. (born in 1990), with his wife, Ms. Le Thi Ngoc L. (born in 1984) and Mr. Pham Thanh S. (born in 1984, living in Quang Trung ward, Hai Duong city) to Nguyen Nam Truong’s house (born in 1972, in Cao Duong village, Gia Khanh commune, Gia Loc) to collect debt.
At regarding 23:45, the two sides had a conflict, a fierce argument, Truong went to the 2nd floor to get a pregnant knife, a homemade gun prepared in advance, shot 2 times at Ms. L. After that, stabbed him twice with a knife in his body. S. and cut Mr. D.
As a result, Mr. S. died on the spot, Ms. L. died at the hospital, Mr. D. lightly injured. The police agency has arrested Truong, seized the exhibits, and is consolidating the handling file.
The case is being investigated and clarified by the authorities.
