The Extraordinary Ordinary General Meeting of CFG Bank decided to appoint Habiba Laklalech as an independent director.
“During its meeting on January 5, 2024, the Ordinary General Meeting in extraordinary session decided to appoint Habiba Laklalech as independent director, subject to the non-objection of Bank Al-Maghrib,” CFG Bank said in a statement.
And to add that Habiba Laklalech, also general director of the National Airports Office (ONDA), will also be expected to consolidate the composition of the Audit and Risks Committee. CFG Bank is thus strengthening the rate of independence and parity within its Board of Directors and its technical committees, in accordance with the legal and regulatory provisions in force.
