Gymnastics: Habisreutinger and Seifert crowned in Montreux – rts.ch

Lilli Habisreutinger became Swiss all-around champion. The Thurgovian won gold at the Swiss Championships in Montreux. Argovian Noe Seifert is crowned in the men’s category.

Third last year behind Giulia Steingruber, Lilli Habisreutinger (Turnfabrik Frauenfeld) was clearly one of the favorites for the title. With a total of 48.550, she won ahead of Lena Bickel (48.200/SFG Morbio Inferiore) and Stefanie Siegenthaler (47.350/Kutu Hinwil). His next goal will be a good ranking at the European Championships in Munich.

Like Habisreutinger among the ladies, Noe Seifert was able to rejoice in his 1st title in the all-around among the men. The Argovian was also one of the favorites. “The competition did not go well. However, I am very satisfied with the result“, underlined Seifert. This title had a great meaning for the member of Satus ORO. He had already won medals here and there, but he missed this title in the all-around. He won with a total of 81,766 points.
