GXO Logistics announces the renaming of its consumer electronics repair services, including the businesses resulting from the Clipper acquisition – ServiceCare, RepairTech and CE Repair Services under the GXO ServiceTech brand. The latter is part of GXO’s reverse logistics business, which grew 18% organically in the first quarter of 2023.
“The technical repair skills we have brought in through the Clipper acquisition give GXO unparalleled expertise in consumer electronics specialty services,” said Richard Cawston, President – Europe, GXO. “Consolidating all of our electronic repair services under the GXO ServiceTech name gives us a solid foundation to strategically expand our service offering and the markets addressed.”
GXO ServiceTech currently operates across multiple locations in the UK, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg and the Netherlands, fulfilling consumer and retailer orders, repairs and returns.
GXO ServiceTech has repaired over 1.5 million consumer electronics devices, including laptops, televisions, monitors, mobile and gaming devices, and home appliances. Its accreditations with major manufacturers assure customers of quality repairs, using genuine parts and approved software and diagnostic tools.
