Gwyneth Paltrow: I had to work twice as hard because of my famous parents

Russian families with no news of a loved one are asking Vladimir Putin for answers as the country has lost 40,000 men in five months of fighting.

According to an article by Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty, 106 families are demanding answers from the Russian President regarding the complete lack of information regarding their missing family members.

The families wrote in a letter: “We demand that our loved ones be located and added to the POW lists. Search operations are not underway as they are listed as missing in action. For more than five months, the Russian Ministry of Defense has blocked any attempt to change their status, regardless of the reports received. »

They added: “Families are forced to research facts and prove for themselves that their sons or husbands are in captivity (or are dead) – this is happening all over the country. The authorized bodies are weak and the commanders of military units do not provide any help. »

Recently, a former US Army general said that the state of the Russian army was “dismal”, especially because of the HIMARS (high mobility artillery rocket systems) which are doing a lot of damage on the Russian side.

The United States has announced that it will send four new HIMARS to the Ukrainian army and General Mark Hertling indicates that these weapons are “a game-changer”.

He wrote on Twitter: “As for the HIMARS – with fewer rounds, greater range, pinpoint accuracy – this is a game changer. Russia is in a terrible state and loses, Ukraine adapts to the fight and wins. »
