“1- I am particularly sensitive to the poor treatment of the departments of Bakel, Goudiry, Koumpentoum and Tambacounda where since the beginning of this wintering five (05) people have died struck down by lightning. Where are the lightning rods that should protect populations? Senegal’s resources must go first and foremost to settling the difficulties of the Senegalese. This is why I challenged the government of President Macky Sall through a written question. I extend my condolences to the families of the lightning victims. The inhabitants of Ranérou Ferlo, Salémata, Saraya, Kédougou, Koumpentoum, Goudiry, Bakel, Tambacounda…must not be forgotten or treated as second-class citizens.
I also challenged the government of President Macky Sall on:

2- the commune of Diaoulé in the department of Fatick where only three (03) villages are electrified out of 33 villages and 60 hamlets.
3- the stateless government of Macky Sall, subservient to the IMF and the World Bank, announced to us the abolition of the electricity price subsidy in January 2023. In reality, this is one of the reasons for the high cost of electricity in which they do not communicate.

4- The Japanese people gave during this month of August 1,250,000,000 FCFA to the Senegalese people to buy rice. Why then Macky Sall, his party the APR and his government are not models of good governance, accountability? The people’s deputy that I am advised the government of Macky Sall: accepting donations is good. Not diverting Senegalese money so as not to need a donation is better.
5- Macky Sall’s government owes us an account. Why was it only on August 21 that the local security agents (ASP), mothers, fathers and breadwinners, received their salary for the month of July?
These are the problems that Senegalese are facing because of the anti-national, anti-democratic, anti-popular and anti-pan-African options of Macky Sall. PASTEF, citizen movements and their members are not Senegal’s problem.
