Vienna – Alfred Gusenbauer will resign as chairman of the supervisory board of Signa Prime Selection AG. The company announced this in a press release on Thursday. It says that the former Federal Chancellor (SPÖ) will convene a general meeting as soon as possible after the announced creditors’ meeting on March 18, 2024. At the end of this, he will resign from the Supervisory Board and will no longer stand for re-election.
