Visibly at the end of the selfies, a furious 30-something from Maryland allegedly drew a gun to threaten two customers who were taking pictures of themselves in the queue at a grocery store last Sunday.
“Customers were presumably taking pictures of themselves when another customer, later identified as [Timothy] Davis, would have gotten angry. […] Davis and the two customers left the store when a confrontation ensued,” Maryland State Police said in a statement Tuesday.
Last Sunday, police reportedly received a call regarding an individual drawing a weapon in the parking lot of a grocery store in Taneytown, following following two individuals taking selfies inside the store.
In a video filmed by one of the two clients, Danielle White, and shared by Fox News, we can notably see the man, handgun in hand, who approaches menacingly, drawing a weapon to point it directly at the phone of the person filming.
The latter, identified as Timothy Davis, 38, was finally arrested on Monday and charged with first and second degree assault, disorderly conduct, use of firearms and reckless endangerment, according to the statement from the police force.
Fortunately, no one was injured in the incident.
