The guidance, signed by EOIR Chief Judge Trace Short by the chief judge, is dated April 26 and only the announcement made by EOIR was known. The instruction allows to know in detail and constitutes a reminder to know which cases referred to the courts can be eliminated from the master calendar of the Immigration Court and obtain an available legal benefit.
