The Guaranteed Minimum Income (IMG) is a State subsidy that seeks increase the income of dependent workers with regular hours (greater than 30 hours) that have a gross monthly salary less than $500,000.

To access the benefit, workers must meet a series of requirements, such as having a gross monthly salary of less than $500,000 and belonging to the most vulnerable 90% of the population according to the RSH.

The February IMG payment is scheduled for Wednesday February 28, 2024. It is important to note that this payment is made to those who are already beneficiaries of the IMG.

If you applied to the IMG in February and your application is approved, you will receive the first payment in the last five business days of the following month, that is, March.

To be a beneficiary of the IMG, workers must meet the following requirements:

  • Be a dependent worker. Have a contract covered by the Labor Code.
  • Have a gross monthly salary of less than $500,000.
  • Have an ordinary working day, that is, greater than 30 hours and up to 45 hours per week.
  • Belong to the most vulnerable 90% of the population according to the Social Household Registry (RSH).

To apply for the IMG, workers must enter the website www.ingresominimo.cl and complete the application form. The deadline to apply for the February IMG expires on February 28, 2024.
