An unfortunate domestic accident left irreparable pain. Morena Flores played with her schoolmates in the town of Gualeguaychú, Entre Ríos. The young woman was running inside a friend’s house when she accidentally collided with a glass window that exploded. Despite the speed with which the adults at home acted, the 15-year-old girl bled to death following suffering a fatal wound to the abdomen.
Morena Flores got together with her classmates to prepare activities for the Youth Week of the Dr. José María Bértora School in Gualeguaychú, province of Entre Ríos. Between studying and having fun, the teenagers began to run inside the apartment and, without realizing it, the girl went through a glass door that was closed and led to the balcony. The impact was so strong that the glass broke and one of its fragments caused a serious wound to her abdomen, as well as causing cuts to her legs.
In the face of the emergency, the owner of the house, the mother of one of Morena’s companions, quickly called the ambulance while doing everything possible to contain the young woman’s bleeding. Despite the effort and joint desperation of the other boys present at the scene, they might not stop the bleeding.
When the ambulance arrived, the minor was urgently transferred to the Centennial Hospital, where the doctors had to perform a surgical intervention to try to save her life. However, despite medical efforts, she was unable to overcome the serious injuries and she died in the hospital.

A school teacher posted: “RIP sweet Morena. A hug to the family. Your teachers and directors of the Sagrado Corazón school”.
“Deep pain for the entire community of the JM Bértora school. I accompany his family and classmates. RIP More,” said another woman.
